Our client approached us after purchasing extra space within the ground floor next to his shop. Our client required to internal alterations to achieve more useable space by removing internal load bearing walls to increase the usable area of his shop. Lead Structural proposed Steel frames within the floor space to accommodate the intensive loading from the 4-storey tenement. Please view our drawings below.
