The project involved the removal of a chimney breast and internal removal of walls to the ground floor flat to give an open plan space.

A new kitchen layout was provided to compliment the overall aesthetic.

Structural Picture frames incorporating beams and columns were used in both direction to provide stability and robustness to the overall building fabric whilst maintaining a large open plan space with minimal structural members.
